Training Methodology
Each attendee in the training is provided with the system documentation and guides for the specific training sessions. Following the live demonstration during each training session, attendees complete interactive exercises provided as part of the training session guide. These interactive exercises provide each user with hands on use of the system, reinforcing the concepts taught during training. Our trainers monitor the progress of the self-paced ‘homework’ and are available to provide additional assistance.

Test Site Access
IWT provides clients with a preview/training site at no additional cost. The training site will remain live for the term of the agreement. Client users will utilize this site during training in order to learn the system completing the self-paced ‘homework’ assignments. This site can be used for ongoing training of new staff and for testing of the system as opposed to the client’s production system.
